This class is designed for individuals who took Shelley’s “Tapping for Clinicians” class (either through Cascadia or through another venue). We will dive deeper into the concepts learned in the first class (i.e., aspects, psychological reversal) and learn new techniques and concepts. Plenty of time will be given for review and questions. Shelley will discuss and demonstrate additional tapping techniques, including tapping into the positive and using metaphors and intuition.
About the Presenter

Shelley White, MA, LMHC (she/her) has worked in the mental health field as a clinician and educator for over 30 years. She has a private practice specializing in working with teens and adults with anxiety and co-dependency issues. Shelley was an adjunct instructor at Western Washington University for eight years and has taught courses at Highline Community College and City University. She has conducted workshops for the past 16 years in sexual assault and prevention and co-parenting. After personally experiencing the healing effects of EFT or “Tapping,” Shelley became passionate about learning this unusually effective tool in order to offer it to her clients. Over the past four plus years, she has studied EFT and became certified in EFT/Matrix Re-imprinting. She has used EFT consistently with her clients, developing the art of integrating EFT with other therapeutic modalities.
