Course Questions

How do I access my enrolled courses?

After logging in, go to "My Courses" in your account menu. All your enrolled courses will be listed there with progress indicators.

Can I pause and resume a course?

Yes! Your progress is automatically saved. You can return to any course at any time and continue where you left off.

How long do I have access to a course?

You have lifetime access to any course you purchase. Complete it at your own pace.

Are courses approved for CE credits?

Yes, our courses are approved by the Ethical and Professional Development Coalition (EPDC) for continuing education credits in Washington State.

Certificate Questions

When will I receive my certificate?

Certificates are available immediately after successfully completing the course evaluation and passing the final test with all questions answered correctly.

How do I download my certificate?

Go to "My Courses" in your account, find the completed course, and click "Download Certificate". You can download it as a PDF.

Can I get a duplicate certificate?

Yes, you can download your certificates anytime from your account. They're always available in your course history.

Payment & Billing Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, invoices are automatically emailed after purchase. You can also access them anytime from your account settings.

Account Questions

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click "Log In" and then "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send you reset instructions.

How do I update my profile information?

Log in and go to "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu. You can update your name, email, and other profile information there.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can update your email in Account Settings. You'll need to verify the new email address before the change takes effect.
